I just bought an RTA from these guys. I had to pay via bank transfer. Did I just waste my money? Their Trustpilot has some pretty bad reviews.

I mean...probably. Never pay by bank transfer for anything, what was their reason for doing so?

Since you've already ordered I guess it's a wait and see affair.

Thanks guys. Yeah, could be a complete disaster. Payment options were either bank transfer or Laybuy. Google and Facebook reviews are suspiciously positive. :6:

This is my favourite Trustpilot review. Lol, talk about red flags. You might get lucky though, seems to be an actual B&M and people have got stuff, so not a total scam.

Crazycloudzzz is a cracking shop and Adin is a kind hearted diamond on a man who would do anything for his "family" as he calls his customers. His prices are some of the best around and his own juice ranges are amazing. He even hand delivers parcels for a bit of a personal touch, his roadtrips are the stuff of legend. I think Southampton is his record so far.

Haters gonna hate Adin but keep up the good work.

The thing is it's a local brick and mortar with a website not a major online retailer, I wouldn't pass judgement until the item either arrives or doesn't.

I've used them twice. First time was fine but second order they sent me the wrong items and then ignored my emails and FB messages.

Ordered from them a couple of years back, cant remember what but it all turned out ok.

Just a quick update for anyone who is wondering. Order placed on the 10th and parcel finally received on the 23rd. I complained and requested a refund around the 20th and then the parcel was dispatched the next day. No communication from the company at all.

Pros:

All items as described
Royal Mail 1st class

Cons:

No communication
Bank transfer payment method (this may be temporary)
Bad Trustpilot score

Would I use them again? Definitely not. I took a gamble and it paid off. I'll quit while I'm ahead!
