creamy espresso

hi folks ive been playing round with some coffee recently and although im quite happy with it
its lacking something but unsure what, think it needs just a bit of depth something in the background
maybe a little nuttiness or irish cream I have fa nutmix and irish cream.
this is what I have so far, im happy with the coffee and cream and sweetness any suggestions welcomed

fa espresso cream 1%
tpa malted milk 2%
tpa sweet cream 2%
tpa caramel dx 0.5%
tpa milk/dairy 4%

well ive finally cracked it this is tasting fantastic now ive actually
surprised myself how good this is, ive been trying to come up with a good coffee
to my liking for over 12 months and this is it.
it may be possible to ditch the sweet cream after adding the crème fresh and stevia
but haven't tried it and the nut mix definitely is what was missing, could probably be subbed for something like hazelnut but I love it how it is, made up with this

fa crème fresh 1.5%
tfa smooth 0.2%
fa nut mix 0.2%
1 drop stevia per 10 ml
