Cthulhu AIO resistance issues

Hello everyone!
So i got a new Cthulhu AIO about two weeks ago, and after the first 2-3 days it has been giving me nothing but trouble.
I'm currently using it with the included CM Tank as it is my first boro device, tho i'm not a novice when it comes to rebuildables.
Iv'e rebuilt it a few times now using premade MTL Claptons, coming out to about .87, and i always get varying resistances when installing it in the mod, and a few shorted\check atomizer/ohms too low errors here and there. i always check for shorts in my builds(there were none), i tried removing the o-ring on the flush nut, tried re-tightening the screws and even removing the anodizing finish off of the screw posts under the chip itself (all according to Cthulhu's own guide i've seen circling around).
Does anyone here ever experienced the same issue? Is there a fix? I tried emailing them a couple days ago, still didn't get a reply.

Spoke to a lovely chap at Steam Island, just return it, no issues.

Thanks for your reply!
I bought it directly from Cthulhu, and am still waiting for them to reply to my mails.
Though i would like to return it as a last resort as i would rather like to fix it myself (if possible of course).
I usually build on the wotofo mdura mini, but today i tried building on the asmodus colossal, and it also shows varying resistances with the included bridge/510 adapter. Is it possible that the problem lies with the CM bridge itself?

I had this to begin with last week when I received mine, I believe it's as simple as using a T3 screwdriver to take your inner panel off, then you'll see 3 Philips screws, make sure they're tightened down. Don't force them down, just tighten up a little bit. Another thing I've found, make sure there's no juice or condensation in between your boro connection and the connection inside the mod itself, that can throw off readings in my experience.

If you're still having the same issues after that, I would return it, but the above has helped me and it's been bang on since.

I don't have that bridge but I've had the same problem with a couple of RDAs - regardless of which mod I used the resistance would vary constantly even though the grubscrews and 510 were clean and tight. These RDAs had the negative post held to the deck with a separate screw and stripping and cleaning of the negative side to clean any baked on juice from the mating surfaces and tightening the screw properly sorted it - this is worth doing if the negative isn't milled as one piece of the boro.

If the negative terminal of the mod 510 is clamped down with a nut and works slightly loose, so can be worth checking - but this won't be the case for you as you get the same varying resistance readings when checked on different mods.

Sounds like the rba is shorting, check your coil legs.

I had the same problem. Tried all the fixes but no joy. Replaced the chipset board and it's been fine since.

Should have just returned it but figured DIY would be quicker if not cheaper.

Still have problems with third party parts. SXK flush 510s are too short which is a pain because I'm trying to find all black fittings for the murdered out look. Can't blame the mod for that, though.
