Cupcake World Percentages advice

Hi All.

I have been mixing for about a year so far and I'm yet to find one I'm really in to.

I have recently placed an order with Cupcake World for some flavours and was wondering whether any of you guys have used them and could give some advice on Percentages used.

Also do you recommend a sweetener (such as ethyl maltol) with them or are they sweet enough as they are.

The flavours I have ordered are-

Apple Crumble
Apple & Blackberry Crumble
Apple & Pear Crumble
Apple Turnover
Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Jam roly poly
Treacle & Ginger Pudding
Treacle Tart
Vanilla Custard
Cream

They vary strength wise from flavour to flavour

1-3%
Cupcake World Almond
Cupcake World Butter
Cupcake World Cinnamon
Cupcake World Condensed Milk
Cupcake World Cream
Cupcake World Ginger
Cupcake World Hazelnut
Cupcake World Honey
Cupcake World Maple Syrup

9%
Cupcake World Rhubarb

15% upwards for the rest of CCW flavors.... again this is only a guessimate as we all have different tastes but I mix their custard @ 20%

PA French van deluxe 4%
PA sweetener 1%
60/40 vg/pg
