First off i'd like to say that the views presented are my own and not in any way affiliated to the vendor or POTV. I don't really 'do' reviews as it makes me feel awkward and waffley for some reason but this juice demanded reviewing so OK here we go.......Hope I get it right.
THE PRICE: $14.99 for 30ml at 6mg
THE VENDOR: The vendor is based in the USA at www.nicoticket.com
I ordered this on the 21st November and it arrived today, the 27th, which I thought was hugely impressive. The one downside is they don't do Paypal, you have to pay by card through their secure server, but if you don't mind doing that, then its no biggie really. You can choose between 6,12 and 18mg. He even has a blurb on each flavours page on how to get the best out of it, which is double handy.
THE BOTTLES: The bottles (I ordered this and Creme Brulee) arrived very well packaged and the labels contained all the information you'd require. No tactile label though. Also noted on the label is the date the juice was 'born'.
THE METHOD: I put this through an Evod, a Protank and an IGO-L with by far the best results coming from the Protank and Evod, I found the IGO didn't give do it justice at all so that's either because i'm dim at wicking the IGO (Quite possible) or just personal taste. I also used my Sigelei as well as an EGO-C 1300 and a Riva 1100 and got by far the best results on the Sigelei at between 9-10.5w.
THE JUICE: Open opening, it smelled as you'd expect, of custard. Not as strong as some i've sniffed but that's no bad thing. It's a 50/50 blend. The vendor does say that this is good to go when you receive it, but at the same time says it'll peak at 10-14 days steeping time. Considering this was made on the 11th, it arrived just in time! Having finally settled on the Sigelei and flicking between 9w and 10.5w, I have to say that it tastes rich, creamy and smooth with hints of a rich vanilla eggyness that's just right.......there's a really nice rounded velvety sweetness to it both on the inhale and exhale but the eggyness or vanilla comes out more on the exhale..........i'm looking forward to the juice maturing further. It's lovely. Its lush. And it's consistent. I've found with some custards that the flavour sort of disappears after a few puffs or the aftertaste vanishes, not with this, it just keeps on delivering clouds of creamy goodness.
THE VAPOUR: Plenty of it, no complaints there.
THROAT HIT: Initially not much but once i'd worked some juice through the Evod it improved and was sufficient.
THE TWAT: I vape 12mg but somehow, don't ask how because I don't know myself, but somehow I ordered 6mg. What a twat.
THE VERDICT: Would I buy more? Absobloodylutely! Another juice added to my 'stable' as it were. Personally, i'd put it up alongside Mrs Lords Custard Cream in the custard stakes. Next time i'll be buying it in the right strength too!! This is a really, really nice juice.
Thanks for reading this and apologies if I missed something and for making this so long and also a sort of mini review of the vendor at the same time, I guess the other comments could have gone in Vendor reviews........Sorry! Anyway, I hope its been of some use to someone!
