first time i have ordered customer service fantastic i ordered a small part but was sent the wrong phoned the shop not sure wether it was rob or ross i spoke to but anyways keep the wrong part and we'll send you the right one and about 1 1/2 hours later get the email the packaged has been shipped now thats customer service for you when i eventually decide to start rebuilding etc i know where i'll be going as a bonus i got another free pack of japanese cotton :thumbup::thumbup:
 
That would be the rather wonderful rob, one of my personal favourite vape vendors and all round top bloke. They really don't come much better :)
 
Are you going for the record for the longest sentence I need a vape after reading that.

Hi Scotty, thanks for the words of support. It's a funny phenomena but sometimes mistakes work in our favour, we should start making them on purpose :)

Seriously though, we're really sorry about the mistake, sometimes it's easy to pack the wrong item and we've made the changes to our packing list we spoke about on the phone to hopefully ensure it doesn't happen again.
