Dark Chocolate Concentrate?

Evening all....

I'm after a bit of advice re concentrates. I'm looking for a dark, dark, dark chocolate - similar to Green and Black's 85% cocoa stuff.

There are a ton of 'chocolate', 'double chocolate', 'dark chocolate' etc etc when I google it but I was hoping someone here would have experience of 'the dark chocolate I'm looking for' to save me buying one of each of everything and just trying it all.

Oh and how long would you recommend steeping a chocolate juice for?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Try TFA Double Choc (Clear). Its a dark choc. You will potentially need sweetner. I have a mix that uses 15%choc , 1% sweetner.. and a few other bits..that should give you the choc you require though

I've got the TFA double dark chocolate. Is that the one you're talking about? Would love the recipe - anything to keep the Mrs quiet ;-)

If you're after TFA Double (Dark) it's just a single concentrate, are you buying that pre-mixed? If so cheaper to buy the concentrate and mix it yourself

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE DARK TPA

Try mixing at 10% to start and adjust to taste, add sucralose sweetener if necessary.

Ta. I've got about 30 ml of it. Tried it unsweetened at 15% and she reckons it's not chocolatey enough and too sweet. I despair lol

Some people will probably guess where my vote goes FlavourArt Cocoa is one that tastes true to the name...

A deep dark Chocolate flavour... I'd keep the percentages low (start around 1% and adjust to taste).

I've found the chocolate concentrates taste best at lower wattages... It tastes burned otherwise.
