Ok, so I have a couple of new atty's that are so tight I'm struggling to dismantle, is there something safe I can use to make disassembly and assembly easier?

E liquid or vg works well mate

If its not in contact with anything iffy, in that I mean heat or juice try Vaseline. Use sparingly.

Contralubes great on mechs but I wouldn't put it atty

For an atty just use e liquid, if it remains a problem you can get food grade silicone grease...
