Dotmod dotpod max empty pods

Anyone tried these yet? I've got the one that came in the kit with the 0.3 coil in it, and it has been great, but thirsty as you would expect.
I bought another empty pod, and some coils to go with it. I fitted a 0.7 coil and it pished the bed. Juice came out the coil hole, the airflow dial on the base of the pod, and out of the sides of the fill hole.
I'm wary about buying other empty pods now.

I haven't, which isn't much help, but interested to see others experiences. I wavered on which version to get, but in the end chose the pod version because I wanted to try out the 1ohm pods.

Will prob get an empty tank at some point, but what puts me off is that I hate stuff leaking, and dotcoils don't have a great rep for taste or lasting, and they're also expensive.

It's 4.50 for a precoiled pod, and near enough 3 just for a single coil, but if that coil doesn't last or fucks up like yours, then it could work out pricer and more hassle (although I hate the idea of wasting so much plastic)

I’m over 900 puffs into a 0.7 stock coil. When I initially fitted the coil I was a bit concerned about how it seated. I gave it an extra push, and it seated more securely. Only very minor seepage, and I mean minor.

I suspect the leaking is down to a poorly fitted coil, but could be a bad pod.

Maybe it was a poorly fitted coil, but i tried another coil and exactly the same happened. I know what you mean about seating the coil, as it takes a bit of effort.

A poorly fitted coil wouldn't explain the juice seeping out of the airflow dial on the base of the pod, or from the juice fill cover.

I'll finish the juice in the pod that came with the kit that i put a 0.3 coil into, then fit a 0.7 coil into it to see what happens.

Mine didn't come with an empty pod so I ordered 2 from ecigone & will find out tomorrow if mine are pants, otherwise ti's a shame as it's a cracking mod

Yeah, i love mine. The vape from the 0.3 coil is superb, but it eats the juice. I've got some 0.7 and 0.9 coils to be more economical with the juice consumption rate.
