Drag x coils not lasting long

Hello,
I have a drag x which I find good for flavour
I use voopoo coils, they .30, I prime them and then fill tank and let stand for a while, problem is after around 65 puffs I am getting the burnt taste, very disappointing, this has happened on most coils, all of the genuine
I welcome any advice please, seems to be quite expensive to use

I use the pnp 0.3 coils in the Drag X Plus and the Vinci X with my own diy e liquid with a 50/50 pgvg ratio and get a really good vape at around 12 - 15w. On average my coils are lasting me well over a month.

Maybe it could be the 70vg ratio with the 25W causing the issue or perhaps the type of juice your using. Sweetened juices gunk the coils up quicker.

I'm trying a pod at the moment myself, and one thing I've had to get used to is that they don't do well with the liquid being lower level. Around the last 5th of the pod starts to taste a bit smoky? What capacity are the pods you're using? I'm using vaporesso target pm80 se, and the 2ml tpd pods stuck. I quickly upgraded to the 4ml and things have definitely improved [emoji18] [emoji108].

In my opinion the problem with pnp coils is quality control which varies from batch to batch. Some batches have great coils with excellent flavour and longevity. Other batches are poopoo.

I would look into the Wotofo D series and Vaporesso gtx coils which are compatible with your tank. There is also the Wotofo smrt system which will help save some pennies.
