It used to be that you'd buy the 40ml shortfills and add 1 x 18mg nic shot, 1 x unflavoured shot and that would give you 70/30

just use a more pg heavy nic shot if you want it thinner juice, a 50/50 nic shot would get you pretty close to bang on
