dry throat from vaping

hi ive been vaping for about 8mths now and use a 50/50 own mix juice but still get a dry throat and dry cough. Is anyone else experiencing the same if so do you have a cure

I do because I'm terrible at remembering to drink. Morning is worst. I find mine dries more in the night than it did pre-vaping even though I've usually had a drink before going to sleep.

I'll second that, it was the first thing i was told when i started vaping, although i prefer cider lol

drink a lot of water and maybe a bit more vg in your juice

I cough a bit with dry thoats sometimes, was told to drink more water, but find drinking water very boring, mainly on tea and coffee 24/7.

As everyone has said, keep hydrated, PG is a humectant, so drys your throat out
