E GO Mini Protank

Im taking the plunge is it a good place to start

I generally recommend Ego and Evod as a good starter kit, but if you're up for investing in a PT Mini, then go for it - it's a glass tank (unlike Evod), so there aren't any juices you need to avoid.

An eGo variable voltage might be worth considering, so you can adjust power to suit the coil resistance, but to be honest, my fixed voltage egos manage OK up to the 2.4/2.5ohm heads that come as standard with the minis (you can buy lower ohn heads or get into recoiling your own).

The one thing I would suggest is 2 batteries - one for using, one for charging and you will probably want more than one tank eventually, but that can come later (but do get spare heads if you're not recoiling, as you don't want to find yourself vapeless)

I agree Fleabag finding myself vapeless would be a living nightmare I have 3 batteries in rotation on my zmax and an Innokin vv ego style Batt for backup

LOL - I've 4 egos of varying sizes, one a twist and one teeny tiny one order, but my main battery is the itaste vv v3.0 - all travel with me at all times, along with most of my 28 tanks and about 15 bottles of juice.

I'll never get caught short!

what do you carry it all in, theres no way you can fit all that in your pockets! that must be one hell of a man bag you got there

also mozzer, that would be a great place to start but I agree with whats said here, 2 batteries is a must, I was not a pleasant person while my one and only ego was on charge, especially during the first few days of me vaping.

It's a travel washbag from the £1 shop
I don't think my bags could qualify as man bags, most of them are fairly androgynous, though

Apparently,I'm not a nice person even when I have no excuse as I had been sat blowing clouds of vapour out & my GF asked why I was being so nasty.Whipped out the multimeter & tested my vaping gear to find that although the battery was fully charged,as soon as I hit fire the voltage was dropping too low to pass through the VV board.Bypassed the board,& instantly got a massive throat hit(almost gagged)so now sitting thinking of how to add a 2nd battery in series to my reworked battery mod box(though not unduly concerned about adding 1 as ordered a Vamo lastnight)
