Used ecigaspire .co.uk for the first time yesterday. Customer service from there shop is spot on. Some great deals. The time taken to sort n ship my order is really what got me. Delivered in just over 12 hours! Will be using again cant thank them enough.

But having said that, the customer service I have had from them has been excellent the two times I have used them.

With my first order, the colour of the mod I chose when ordering was not available, so I got a phonecall from someone called Tom, who asked me for a second preference, and then they upgraded my delivery method from 2nd class Royal Mail to Next Day courier free of charge.

I am expecting my second delivery tomorrow. I pre-ordered a mod that should have arrived last week but their shipment was held up in customs. They kept me informed.

Yeah, they have excellent customer service. I ordered a cleito with the RBA and Fatboy tank. Delivery within a week. They had forgotten the RBA, but sent it out first class when I emailed them.

Hi vapefam ecigaspire are no longer the sole official partner for Aspire but still work very closely with there team. Due to huge growth over the last 6 months we are moving to a larger distribution centre to streamline the thousands of retailers we supply distributing for smok, TAOV, Innokin, anyvape, lumo, naked fish and numerous other brands that are added weekly.
