Ok, so I'm pretty new to vaping and these guys have been wonderful. Started with an Olympian Imist kit which I ordered from eCigWizard which arrived after only couple of days. It was all perfect, until I lost one, gutted! So we decided my GF would get an Ego Mini instead, again ordered from eCigWizard, again arrived in just a couple of days. Unfortunately neither of the cartomisers worked in the pack, we checked the components against the remaining iMist to confirm this, and the guys at eCigWizard have helped us right out. Both in the advice they gave, the rectification of the problem and speed of getting it all sorted via both emails and their onsite webchat facility. I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone that wants eCig equipment! Many thanks to them!!

I've used them for bits recently and they've been great. Accidentally sent me a wrong item and it was sorted out with no fuss, a credit note to cover my postage and the correct item with me by return.
