anybody know where i can get spare atomizer heads for my ego u ce4 clearomizer crnt find any

The CE4 is a disposable clearomizer, you just buy a new one. CE4+ has replaceable heads. Are you sure it is CE4+ ?

I didn't realise the heads were disposable on the CE4 (bloke who sold it never mentioned that!!), though the fact that I've seen them for sale at around £3.50 did arouse my suspicions!
How long are they expected to last and how do you know it needs replacing?

Have you tried unscrewing the bottom of the tank? That will tell you if you can replace the head. If you can't then it's a throw away. They need replacing when they leak, stop producing vape or taste burnt. They last a good while but it all of course depends on how much you use it tbh.

I'm pretty sure that mine's the disposable unit. I did try to fiddle with it when I found the central steel part was off-centre and the tip not sitting entirely on it. There's a small gap which led to me getting e-juice coming through the tip a couple of times. I now always keep the button on the underside to avoid it leaking into the tip.

I'm just a bit disappointed that I wasn't warned there would be an ongoing cost attached to the unit itself.

If your ce4 is rebuildable, some place you may see ce4+, it has a head which can be replaced, google help me to find this ,
