I thought I would review this as the only review I could find was on YouTube in german. This is also my first temp control device so I can't compare it to other TC devices.

The T1s is quite small measuring 95x52.3x25mm, a little bigger than an iStick 50w. The case is stainless steel and the sides have a nice textured finish that I like. It feels compact, well made, the buttons don't rattle and the OLED screen is easy to read.

The device and packaging are of a high standard so I was surprised the instructions were not very clear and had some mistakes. Getting from Fahrenheit to Celsius was not covered and after lots of trial and error I figured it out. Also not covered were which coils would work in Temp mode, no mention whatsoever! I think it is set for Ni200 I could burn cotton at 195C indicated with a Ti coil (couldn't think of another way to gauge the temp).

Features:
100W Output
Built-in 4000mah polymer battery
0.1-1.0ohm Temp mode
0.16-2.0ohm VW mode
Adjustable wattage 1W to 100W
Adjustable temp 100-315C/200-600F
Available colours Black, Red, Blue and Silver
Micro USB port

Pros:
Looks good and feels good
Easy to adjust settings
Used less than half a charge vaping in temp mode for most of the day
Costs about £50

Cons:
Instructions
Lack of info
Can't lock just the +- buttons (well I can't)
Asks if it's the same or swapped coil and if same it doesn't remember the temp I was on
Had to order from Germany

Would I recommend it? Yes I think it is quality.

I was using a Smok TFV4 RBA with a 26awg Titanium Grade 1 0.32ohm coil. Best temp for me was 190C

Well I'm still very tempted but ....

After doing a lot of web trawling I think the Esige will underestimate its temp settings by about 10 to 15 degrees centigrade in TC mode.

That said, the Sigeli 150watt TC seems to race temperature and can hit 240 plus degrees C when set to 210.

After a lot of looking I found a German web site reviewer that puts temp controlled mods through a temp control probe run and checks the pulse modulation on an oscilloscope ... gotta love the Germans for detail :)

Sadly the only accurate box he's tested is the Evic 60 VT ... which I personally don't like of course :18:

I still think the Esige is a good box and I'm gonna do a bit more research on it ... I've written to Esige about chipsets etc and I'll see if I get a response.

Ultimately I think there are very few mods at the moment that actually do TC to the accuracy to which they state .... it's gonna be a "suck it and see" approach :)

I may still buy it though .... shinyitis :18:

I'm using Ti coils so I don't expect it to be accurate. I also found different resistance coils ran at slightly different temps, lower resistance ran hotter but then it's set for Ni not Ti. As long as it holds the temp which it does I'm happy. I also see what indicated temp cotton starts to burn at when I do a build.
