i wanted a small mod for when im at work to replace my istick 20w , not that there was anything wrong with my istick , its done me well as my everyday out and about pocket vape for the last six months but when i saw the pico i wanted one (not needed one ).

after only a few hours of playing with it , i really like it . its a really nice looking unit a it is really as small as the eleaf pictures make it look . it feels nice and solid in the hand and doesnt feel top heavy even with a full subtank mini sat on top of it .
ive only used the melo 3 mini with the pre installed 0.3ohm coil so far and im mightily impressed . these coils are supposed to be rated at 30-80w but i found that touching 50w and the vape is getting to warm for my liking but around 40-45w and the flavour is great , if you open the air flow right up its quite a noisy beast but the clouds are very impressive for such a small unit.
the airflow is hidden and there are no marks to tell you how far you have it open , so i think most people will either use it wide open or shut down . even at closed the tank gives a nice airy vape id say equivalent to a subtank on the middle hole.
to use the top fill you have to screw the tank top right off and the fill holes are not quite wide enough to put the tip of a bottle right into the tank so if you try and fill it to fast you will end up with juice everywhere , so not as easy as some other top fill sytems . but if you take your time it works ok.
the full size melo 2 and subtank mini both sit on the mod nicely and it is still shorter than a istick with gsair tank , but the uwell crown doesnt fit as the afc ring hits the battery cover .
its also good that eleaf have put the usb port on the front instead of on the base for on the go battery top ups .
so first impressions are very good , and will be taking it to work in my pocket tonight so hopefully no leaking issues
compared to 20w istick with gsair tank and 50w istick with crown.
