Hi All,

Need some help, I bought my first DNA 250 (Lost Vape Triade) with 3 x 18650 IMR 3000 MAH batteries. 3.7V LI-MN per cell.

Now as per my checks on youtube etc. I have connected it to escribe and set the the total voltage to 11.1 which then automatically calculated the capacity. Is this fine, seems to be okay but wanted to double check with the DNA experts on the forum?

Secondly what should I set the soft cell cutoff, there is default value but should this be adjusted.

Thanks

When you're connecting to escribe you need to make sure that you've also entered the individual cell capacity of 3000 mah. You don't put the total pack capacity of 9000mah, just the individual cell capacity.

With 18650's your 'safe' (as in you won't cause anything above normal wear and tear to the cell) to take them down to 3.0v, but to allow for sagging personally I'd set the soft cell to 3.2v.
What batteries did you get?
