A while ago i decided to build a shaker machine thingy that i thought would lower the required steeping time (its basically a mutilated fan with a bunch of rubber bands and tape). So far i've gotten to test it with just 3 flavors in VG only juice.. since i'm out of other stuff for now, overall it doesn't substitute steeping but adds a different effect all together. On all the samples i had the juice strapped to the shaker for 2 days after which i steeped it for another week.

inawera black cherry
After shaking: seems to suppress the ashtray flavor and bring forward they cherry in a big way, almost floral tasting and very sweet. Its Ok but i like the non-shaked variety better.
After further steeping: no change

inawera raspberry
After shaking: this raspberry has always kinda sucked in pure VG juice since it comes out very weak, shaking however made it pop and bam! Also very sweet.
After further steeping: The flavor slowly diminished day after day until a week later it was the same as non shaked variety
Tried shaking this one again: Did not bring back the strength of the flavor, no change

inawera milk chocolate
After shaking: no change
After further steeping: no change
Yeah.. this is a kind of inert flavor it seems. Its also an excellent coil destroyer in a pure VG mix, just friggin clogs them :p

I'm getting a giant batch of new flavors and liquids next week, cant wait to see what it does to them. Anybody else experiment with this?

I LOVE the Inawera Raspberry in a 50/50 mix, nice juicy and full of flavour :D

First it was to "cap on" or "cap off" while seeping. I'm trying the "cap on" at present. IMHO there's no difference between "cap on" and leaving the cap off for 24hrs, as was my old habitude.
And now, due to the same vid that came from a BIG Name, in the juice line. He said "don't shake violently, or you'll break the ..." links or something or other.
And now Hazar is saying it makes a much better juice, if you shake it. But, and correct me if I've not understood, your fan just shakes gently, for a long time...Do you use the heating on the fan? And that is a SERIOUS question. Seems a good idea, to me...:P

its not better per se but rather just different. No heating on the fan, the vibration strength is sort of like a really beefy cell phone would produce. Inside the bottle it looks like its possessed by jacuzzi jets or something, the surface is very wobbly but it never throws it hard enough to separate it from the main body of juice. After the shaking theres a billion miniature bubbles in it, the bubbles remain for a good 3 days or so. I have thought about also adding a centrifuge to the process to get rid of the bubbles quickly to aid with the homogenization
:diy:

Sounds like your making something class A ... Rather than a juice for a good old vape

well i got a bunch of flavors that im gonna test, some of them leaked a bit in transit and the mixture clogged my senses when i opened the box so for the last hour i havent been able to smell anything other than that creamy sweet tobaccoy fruity vomit :D

My dad used to use a roller when developing film in his dark room. I reckon they would do a good job of mixing ejuice as well.

Here's one.
