Has any body used fast tech and is there a way to change from dollars to GBP

Fasttech are OK, you will be best to pay with PayPal who transfer dollars to gdp no problem.
If ordering over £15 to avoid custom charges which are very rare, put your order on hold after purchase, create a ticket and ask fasttech to state on packaging that the goods are under $15

in 5 years ive never had an order stopped or marked anything more than $15
but there will be delays due to the backlog

Changing to GBP is useless, FT haven't updated their exchange rates for years, well, they didn't last I looked anyway

What @JohnnyAce has said above. Changing to GBP is pointless as you will think everything is super cheap.
I used to add everything you want to your basket and checkout all the way to paypal to see the actual price.

Hi @Ruby whatever the price is devide by 1.16 and you will be close to the price in £££££'s.
Be aware that fasttech are rather slow at the Moment so take a look on3fvape if its on there its usually arriving in about 2 weeks. No fees either 3fvape declare low.
