No, not the guy from Craggy Island but Fr Jack Kearney. He is an American Catholic priest who happens also to be something of an expert on addictions and who is also a Vaper. Thanks to @VapinGreek and his blog I noticed a recentish video from Father Jack called Stogie Madness. In it he criticises a recent US anti smoking advert. The scenario is of a couple of kids who have recently dealt with a relatives death from smoke related cancer. On the beach they spot a surfer lighting up. It is how they deal with this that Jack has an issue with. Personally I think he has a point. Worth a watch and maybe a worrying trend using children in this way
