Afternoon POTV'rs!

I'm soon going to be upgrading my battery to a VAMO V5 and I'm stuck in two minds on what to use up top.

I was thinking either a Kanger Aerotank or AGI.

Any help, feedback or ridiculing are most welcome.

Ciao.

the vamo's a good pick for you - I would say go for the aerotank as its plug and play whereas the agi is more complicated as its a genesis atomizer and you would have to coil it yourself and gennies can be a nightmare so if its a basic setup you'relooking for i'd say the vamo and the aerotank or aspire nautilus which is similar

Thanks so much @ningaassasin1983 . AGI does look complicated - I liked the idea of it combining a drip tip as well which I thought would be handy for trying different liquids.

What's the score with the Nautilus then? Why the recommendation?

Whatever you decide to use, don't over tighten it. just screw it on until you feel it stop, and no more.

Would love to know what experience people have had using both the Aerotank and Nautilus. Is the latter worth the extra ££'s?

Heard some peeps have had issues with the Aero?

Additionally if anyone has a different option other to the VAMO V5 (with similar price-point) then would love to know what and why.

I have no functionality issues with the Aerotank - it gives amazing flavour compared to T3Ss etc, loads of vapour and obviously is easy to clean, change coils etc. Also can take a good range of voltage/wattage and give varied results with different juice.

My major, MAJOR, problem is an aesthetic one. It should look the bollix, but it don't, because it's wonky. The threads on the base are a bit off and the central column is ever so slightly bent. A machining QS issue no doubt, but incredibly annoying considering the quality of materials. It sits slightly off centre and leans a little. A few people have similar issues, but the vast majority of people don't - in short if you choose to go this way there's a small chance you could have a wonky tip, and who wants that?

No one wants a wonky tip Vapal_Legate do they?! I suppose it's a case of 'lucky dip', so to speak.

I'm pleased to hear your experience with the tank had been decent. I'm currently using a mini Protank, so I'm expecting performance improvements.
