Anyone know what size the tubes are that are available? And are they wide enough?

The look like about 3mm inner diameter to me? Is that wide enough?

Not sure about fibreglass I looked for some silica tube and found some 4mm id that was the smallest cheers Andy

Cheers :)

It's silica that I'm getting and can get pretty much any size after speaking to the supplier. It's not cheap though so I just need to know what folk are using.

I bought a metre off eBay for less than £2 with postage I was trying it out on a genesis atty but had too trim it down too about 2,5-3mm to fit round the ss wick cheers Andy

It'll be for genesis type wicks which is why I reckon 3mm will do the job. Don't suppose you have the link to that ebay listing do you?

Cheers

Cobra is 2mm wide, some of the gennies are 3mm standard though...

I've sourced some tube and have just been taking a look at it. Goes a bit brittle after being torched, did you find that was the case with the stuff you got off ebay?

Yup but it lasted about a week before I replaced it cheers Andy
