Fill level on aspire pockex

Bit confused .
Is the fill level mark on the pockex window, the level liquid should be before or after it has been closed.

upto the fill line and not above as once you screw the coil top on it will flood.

Cool cheers!
Got different advice from a supplier in returning mine to as it keeps leaking. They seem to think the level line is for AFTER the coil has been screwed in.
All groovy cheers getting a replacement!
