Filling a fogger v4

I don't mind going into a chemists and asking for needles, the hard part would be explaining why I want a blunt one :p

Will give it another go this evening with a standard bottle, I didn't really persevere last time I tried, just saw it oozing out around the bottle tip so stopped.

Might go ask in the chemists and local doctors anyway, just for shits n giggles

You may even find them at a decent hobby store, we used to use syringes and blunt needles 20 years ago for making rivet details on RC model boats. They are certainly used for precision adhesive dispensing, and as you said for filling inket cartridges.

Christ, if you go in a chemist and even ask for a syringe they look at you like you have 4 fucking heads.

But the answer to the question is no, as long as you have a reasonably narrow tipped bottle you don't need a needle. Close the AFC, ram some tissue in the drip tip, tilt it up at about 70 degrees and gently squeeze it in. That way the only thing the increased pressure is pushing into the chimney is air. Works every time for me. Oh, and don't overfill it!

Lol. I just queue up with the smack heads and get them for free. Great tip on the ramming the tissue up the drip tip though. It works.

My wife gets needles for doing her card making as she uses them with glue. might be worth looking in a craft shop.
