First build with pre made coils safe to use?

Hi just got my self a little billow v2 nano.
I think my build is safe but want a second opinion before I start using it.
I can't find any info on the type of coils that came with it but I'm getting a resistance of 0.31 ohms I'm using a coolfire 4 so will be restricted to 40w, just making sure it's ok to use ?

Cheers folks it was made with pre made coils that came with the billow.
Just got my new ipower mod threw the post along with some kanthal wire so will see how well I do making my own coils too haha.

I have tried it out now over 40 watts and it's burning the cotton, I can't get any more cotton in these pre made coils so when I make my own to I need to make the inlet diameter larger ?

I played about making different coils last night I made slightly larger coils with a 3mm inside diameter and have a resistance of .40 ohms.
I have had a quick look threw the isticks book will need to watch a few YouTube videos to understand all the settings lol
