Iv already gone through half the 10ml bottle [emoji4]Looks quite nice, is it?
Yeah think iv i up the lemon and lime half to 1 % it would be more zesty which would make it nicer for me. They were all capela branded. The 3 combined cream based flavours is 1.5% which will appear more prominent in the mix. If that is not what you're looking for the either up the lemon/lime or cut back the creams.
Looks good to me if its a circus cheesecake you're aiming for?
What are the flavour brands? This can play a crucial role as some are more powerful than others.
Its not the lemon and lime i found strong. It was the other biscuit/ cream flavours. Was thinking of liwering the % of them. But maybe increasing the lemon and lime would be a better idea. That's an insane mix. The reason you can't taste anything but citrus is that you effectively don't have anything else in there. It wouldn't taste any different if you left the other 3 out.
I would cut the citrus back to 5%, though as @bigbluenose has pointed out, this will depend on the brand, increase the cheesecake to 5% and the creams to 3% each.
Using the thinest syring i sucked up to the 5th line before the 0.1 line. I almost made the mistake you mentioned though [emoji23] [emoji85]Your total flavour % = 11.15%.
The citrus totals 10% of that and and the other flavours make up 1.15%.
If you are finding the flavours that make up the 1.15% stronger than the citrus my reconing will be that you have almost certainly made an error somewhere.
Are you sure you added 0.05% of each non citrus flavours and not 0.5%?
