Is there a thread or site anywhere that explains certain flavour attributes.
Like a particular flavour doesn't work with a certain other flavour.
Or what flavours can sweeten, sharpen, round, overpower, etc.
I read things like;
A bit of lemon juice makes fruit flavours pop.
Menthol increases throat hit.
Looking for other titbits of valuable info like these.
I'm just really wanting to start mixing my own concoctions but don't want to waste my concentrates as they eventually start to become a bit heavy on the old wallet. I don't just want to start liberally throwing flavours into bottles randomly. I want to try and do it with some form of thought process in the mix.
Any help would be awesome.
