So. I've been making a few flavours for myself, turned out quite a few I'm happy with. Took my Mrs to the local vape shop, bought her an RDA and a couple of flavours and she is obsessed.

However her taste is quite different to mine. So far she likes:
DV zephyr (bought it because it's our sons name, she's done 30ml in just over 24 hours........)
DV brekzest (she liked the sound of it and actually likes the taste but not as a ADV)
Essex cloud co the blue stuff (blueberry menthol)
Mojito - loves it.

She doesn't seem to like creamy/custard or fruity flavours, likes citrus and the idea of peanut butter cup type flavours (got one made up but tastes odd- leaving to steep for a bit) she did enjoy a coconut caramel but the balance wasn't quite right IMO.

Anyone got any suggestions of things to try?

I cannot get enough of this recipe http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/415473/Best+Damn+Pink+Lemonade I've subbed cap lemon sicily and cap raspberry as it seemed pointless picking up extra flavours that I already had. Lorann Lemonade is the key ingredient, its easily the best concentrate that I own by a mile its so deliciously moreish. Its also got the added bonus of being a shake and vape apparently the flavour dulls after a few weeks but I've never had it last more than 36hours after mixing so I can't comment!

Don't want to rain on your parade but I would be very careful with LA Lemonade.
It isn't suitable for vaping due to oils in it.
Use with caution or better still sub it for a suitable water soluble lemonade flavour.

Have you tested it yourself, or are you just going off the thread on ECF/ELR? When I saw that I was also concerned but did some research and that is the only reference to it containing oil it is even listed on lorann's webssite as being soluble in water http://shop.lorannoils.com/seasonal-collections/summer/lemonade-flavor. The recipe creator had this to say about it; 'LA Lemonade used to be labeled as a "Flavor Oil" which lead people to make assumptions that it was non-soluble in water. In reality, it's water soluble with no troubling ingredients in it'.

Maybe its the elusive ingredient in your quest for the element pink lemonade clone.

From your link it appears that they are still labelled as flavouring oil and states that it is more potent than water or alcohol based flavours. I don't know what the true situation is but their language is very odd and I am left not at all reassured by their "soluble in water" statement.

Having tested myself I'm fairly confident that it doesn't contain oils, other flavours like creamy hazelnut, key lime and orange brandy don't have the soluble in water statement. That being said everything's a calculated risk, FW Yellow cake still seems as prevalent even after it was discovered to contain 20-30% fructose.

This is one reason I stick to FA. They at least pretend to make their concentrates specifically for vaping.

I read that thread amongst others dotted around the big web which do raise concerns about oils.
Much like others who try and counter claim the oil argument I am no scientist, chemist etc but strongly believe that we should all take measures to make our vaping a bit safer until we get confirmation either way from the experts.
We all know this game is not 100% safe but I do try and keep it as close as I can personally and think that if we do recommend any product that has a known or suspected nasty in it we should highlight that and then the individuals can research and make a informed choice whether to use or not.
So sorry to all if my post came off as alarmist but all I want is for people to make their own informed choices as to what they are comfortable with vaping.

I think that the LA lemonade is one of the only lemonade flavours I haven't tried yet? Lol

I've done a "pink" lemonade before, with FW lemonade, wasn't all that impressed, could probably sub a couple and make that variation instead.

Key lime pie is another I want to make up, anyone got a recommendation for that?
