Flavour in high VG liquid

I have a recipe using Inawera flavours that I am happy with when mixing it up in a 50/50 VG/PG ratio. I want to make a bottle for cloud-chasing purposes at 80VG 20PG. Do I need to significantly increase the flavour percentage, or will the fact more juice is vapourised per second balance out the lower flavour carrying properties of the VG?

No, just do the same flavour percentage you normally do. VG muting things is a myth to be honest. Distill the VG 10%, wicks as well as having a bit of PG in there.

If your going to make a 80vg 20pg there will be no need to cut it further with distilled water.

I need 100% vg nicotine base... as I want to try higher vg based juices. .. pg seems to make it too harsh with most flavours for me and the mouth feel of vg seems closer to smoking or more satisfying for me... I'm using PG based, but I'm mixing at only 6mg so I can just reach 80/20 when using a flavouring like inawera which doesn't need much flavouring to produce an effect. I have seen VG nic around though. I bought my PG nic from here Nicotine PG and VG Base cheapest on the net though it didn't have the Diamond Mist packaging on the site when I bought it and it arrived in a plain bottle, so I'm not sure if they have changed their range. They do do VG nic though

It's more to do with how viscous your final mix is, thinner juice wicks better.

To support my wild claims, i have 2 bottles of HangSen RY4 that i mixed up at 10% flavour 6mg for dripping.

one is 50/50 PG/AG and other is 20/80 PG/AG.

Both taste identical, and both are about as runny as each other because i make my AG with 20% distilled water.

I only mixed up the 2nd bottle of 20/80 because i wanted lower PG for less throat hit.

I'm with you on this Nikki. I have 100mls of PG nic left and switching to VG nic after that so I can get 80/20 more reliably.
