The one thing I want is flavour,
First let me tell you what I've got.
Rev gts box,early wotofo serpent rta single coil tank,clone reload twin coil,and a falcon sub.
I'm pretty new at this and after reading some top threads on this webby decided to go for it ,I get top flavour from the sub falcon,I get really good flavour from the reload using two claptons but the serpent has got me stumped until now,tried plenty coils but eventually settled on ss 26 g 316 homemade coil,now I found out by trial and error that the closer to the draw hole with the coil produces more flavour,so I decided to do a 5 wrap and get the coil as close as possible without it touching,it took me a long time to get the coil perfect but the flavour is top for the serpent now,I love it

So now I know exactly how I should coil this tank next time

It really is very easy! Take the plunge and buy some and have a go. Use the Steam Engine calculator and you'll be fine. doesn't have to look perfect

Loads of top stuff on here about making your own,I found it quite easy as I worked in electronics in my early days ,I just didn't want to give up on the serpent,,used some small screwdrivers to coil,then it's just trying to get the coil working,with a reload it's not that hard but with this serpent thing it was a nightmare but it's a nice tank and well made,I prefer it now when I'm out and about,with the coil nearly buried in the well there's not massive clouds,so ideal for a day out,I have got on order the serpent mini and that's a better one,I'm thinking of trying drip but still thinking

For the reload I used pre-made,top tank,I want an original,the funnels just blow vapour as long as the coils are close,very good flavour,I have made twisted wire and that's easy without a drill,just use a pen and some pliers to hold the other end,twist pen until it gets tight,the wire lets you know cause it springs back

I'm using nasty juice at the mo,70vg,it's good gear but expensive

Some twisted ss I made out of 26 g,very hard to coil ,it's springy but the ramp up time is top,maybe work well in a drip

It's all a big learning curve but with you guys and gals I'm getting there ,it certainly beats vaping with an high street pen and rubbish juice,thanks
