I warned about Elegomall's shipping options you will always get a charge with the shipping options they use, @pheric. It is now time for you to start other shipping methods or face the loss of customers from this forum. No one here wants to see you leave the forum and your prices for goods are great. You just need to look after your customers interests better, sorry for the complaining but. As the buyers we mayswell buy from UK if we are getting fees for everything we buy from you.

to be honest, i didn't even know it was to be shipped by DHL, it was the promo they have on for free shipping, so i assumed (wrongly) it was the cheapest method. lesson learnt, orders cancelled

this is something i have noticed lately, the newer overseas vendors to this board all use stupid shipping methods. whats wrong with EMS for example? fast easy and barely a sniff of duty or customs charges

Best shipping method for me i find is DPD or Yodel, via oneworld express, Gearbest and focalecigs use it and its a week wait and no fees

those are preferable too but I just thought at the lease China EMS packet is kind of local for those guys
