Doctor Marc Siegel of Fox thinks he has the solution to all the controversy around electronic cigarettes: make them available only by prescription.

I think I can haz the solution to all the controversy around the Fox network: make it available only in mental institutions.

That doesn't solve the problem. It's fine for those who are using them as a withdrawal from nicotine, but I can't see a GP prescribing e-juice indefinitely - nor would I be willing to spend prescription prices - considering I can make my own juice at a cost of about 70p per week
