Found on Al Jazeera , a video

Smokers in France are still reluctant to stub out cigarettes for good, despite all the evidence about how harmful they are to people's health.
However, as they find it increasingly difficult to find a place to indulge their habit, an estimated at least half a million people have no turned to "electronic cigarettes".
After studies found small traces of poisonous substances in the cigarette substitute, the French health minister has now ordered an investigation into the product.
Al Jazeeras Jacky Rowland reports from Paris

"studies"?

Are they referring to that dodgy FDA test a few years ago?

edited to add: Narrator says at the end of the piece 'anything that keeps people addicted to nicotine must be questioned'... must be? Why must it be? Seems like the reporter swallowed all the anti smoking propaganda doled out over the years and just applied it to vaping. Another ill informed media report.
