GeekVape Aegis Legend only reading one Battery

Mine is showing one battery empty I have two sets and it's doing it to both. I stuck them in another mod no issues. I can't find the firmware anywhere anyone happen to have the firmware they could send me or a site I could find it. It's no longer on geekvape website I looked pretty hard for it

I'd drop Geekvape an email, they're on holiday right now so expect a slower reply than usual

They did change the site & make the firmware harder to find for some reason it looks, like they've now removed it

Hi @Smilelikadonut and welcome to the planet.

As far as i can remember this was a known issue to some but not all.
actually happened to me with my first one.
like you changed around batteries and thried in other mods and all worked. stuck finger down each hole to wipe the contacts. charged batteries again. whichever one of these done the trick i dont know but something worked and its not done it since. 2 more of same mod and had no issues with them.

Try giving the battery contacts inside the mod a clean using a rubber tipped pencil. Clean off the contacts in the battery door and make sure the (balanced charging?) sprung pin is clean and dry.

This frikkin SAVED Me! My pin was Stuck and I had that very issue with my batteries! Thank God for vape forums!!!
