I mixed this up at just over 1% as per the recommendation on http://4drops.co.uk and steeped. This definitely needed steeping. First test and it was a little dry so I added a tiny amount of ethyl maltol and – got a better flavour and nicer vape.
Oh la la! Sacre bleu, nom d’ un chien. I am transported to Paris and it’s like vaping a Gitane. (Maybe a clue in the name) cue up a bit of Hot Club of Paris (I love Django Reinhardt’s guitar on ‘Limehouse’), lay on the coffee and pastis and vape away.

My mix was a little on the mild side – but just a little and really satisfying – if you up the concentrate levels do so with a 1 ml syringe and use tiny quantities – I suspect 2.5% would be too much. Final mix was 1.2% concentrate and 1.3% ethyl maltol on base.
I have some Dirty Neutral Base en route (franglais again) and want to revisit this with some of that as with the addition of that Inawera smokiness and ‘ashtray’ effect I suspect this will be even better.
