Ijoye HellCat RDTA/Tank not only can be used in both regular tank mode but also a RDTA. RDTA mode supports refilling from the top by removing the drip tip.

As for the tank, it is top fill with two big holes. RDTA has bottom airflow& side airflow, bottom airflow is adjusted just like how you would adjust the tank airflow.
