Review Grey Haze Great again.

This is a lose-lose situation for a vendor but even in that light Grey Haze have acted honourably. I'll try & tell the short version...

I ordered an individually serial numbered item from them & they posted it in the usual good time & notified me in the usual courteous way. 1st class signed for service.
The item had not arrived after 3 days & so i flagged up the situation with them & a communication channel was opened up.
Following a few days of good comms & still no package we drew the conclusion that the item had 'gone missing in transit'....Hmmm !
grey haze have issued me a full refund even in light that there is still a possibility the item could arrive. If it does, i will tell them & pay for it again, it's a two way door & service this good deserves some loyalty & honesty.
If it doesn't arrive, they have lost their stock & the money !

The no nonsense way that they have treated me is a shining example of good customer service in the UK vape market & They deserve this good acknowledgement for the respect they have shown me.

Thankyou Grey Haze & it's not the first time i have shared appreciation for you. :worship:

Grey Haze are awesome in my book too.

bought an RDNA40 from them just before christmas (the small screen one) and although it worked ok, i didn't feel it was 100% as it should, with the odd glitch here and there. after about a month of owning it, on the offchance i shot them a "should it be doing this...?" email and they offered to swap it out, no further questions asked. not only did they swap it out, but i had the replacement in my hands two days after sending the old one to them. i received a large screen RDNA40 too, so i was pretty made up!
 
Always, and i mean always top service i've received. A rare breed, decent prices, great service and a good mix of auth/clone stuff in stock.

Love the smell of that place.
