Hana SX350 60W ; Raptor 10A 60W 1550p

Hello everyone, I had some time to put hands on hana enclosure and sx350 so here are the results... Hana box milled for sx350 (from Varitube- what a supprise when it arrived 5 working days since I made an order ), nice clicky fire button- looks like vandal proof but it's tactile button in metal housing, no additional buttons, varitube 510 connector, battery is sony vtc4 but rewrapped by me


Also did some work on hammond 1550p enclosure to fit raptor 10A 60W chip with 2 fuses, rev polarity protection and under voltage protection. First I worked on keystone holders to make them sit between screw posts, but I realised they need more space, so using dremel and high speed cutter, removed most of screw posts leaving just little bit for magnets. This is how it looks now, still need to solder pfet, pot and switches.


Using this type of dremel attachment makes job alot easier, they cut really quick with dremel set to max speed

Hey Duffloop, well it's not going that quick, as I am on holiday now, visiting my family 1300 miles away, I took all bits with me, even soldered it last evening... I need to find multimeter (it's lying somewhere I'm sure), cos damn thing is firing without pressing the button... Ain't got much time anyway, 3 yo son, family and a lot things to do. I'm coming back on Friday, I'll try to finish it after the weekend.
