Good for testing the water I suppose, main problem I can see is that pg/vg ratio is dictated by nic strength, as there's no pg in the kit

The kit contains 20ml of VG at 0mg, so you can easily make an 18mg 50/50 PG/VG mix, but the lower strengths will have a higher VG content.
