Harsh Vape

Hi All, I hope you can help me ? Gave up smoking last year but I every type of liquid is giving me a sore throat. I have tried high VG low VG high(80%) 3% and 6% nicotine . I have an Aspire NX 100 but have not found the one that is smooth , I only vape Menthol . Big thanks in advance guy's.

Could it be the coil material, or the menthol perhaps?

As above, have you tried other flavours? Menthol can be harsh on the throat if it's to strong.

Also what resistance and at what wattage do you vape?

Truth be told, menthols don't really work so well at higher watts and can be harsh in subohm tanks. Try a lower wattage and close up your airflow a bit. That's my experience anyway as menthols are my adv.

I sub ohm menthol.

Have you tried getting a 0mg menthol to mix down your 3mg, see if you find that any smoother?

Also, what wattage are you vaping at?

I'd say it's the menthol...if you like the cooling sensation try something with coolada instead of menrhol
