HCigar Nemesis SS Issue?

Had one of these delivered yesterday and finally got around to setting it up. One thing bothers me ...

If I push the switch in the middle I doesn't always fire, if I push the edge it still doesn't always fire but it fires more often.

Am I doing something wrong, do I need to play with the setup?

Would switching the spring for magnets have any effect?

Is tis pretty normal with a clone, not had one before so I'm not sure what to expect!

They work a lot better with the magnets in. Button can be a PITA with the spring

They seem to be. Had a play and once it fires the subsequent fires are easier. I'll have a more knowledgeable friend look at it and order a magnetic switch to be on the safe side.

What battery are you using? Could it be a regulated one? If the resistance of your coil is close to its cutting off point it might fire intermittently.

Try making yourself a rubber washer out of a drip tip cover of similar to shorten the throw on the switch.. It made a massive difference with mine.. The button us so smooth now.

i had magnets in mine but after taking off the burrs found it better with spring

Sorry to be a pain ...

I've got home and just tried my TOBH RDA on the Nemesis and have hit a snag. If I adjust the contacts I end up with a gap between the RDA & Nemesis, if I adjust the gap out at the top I have to readjust the bottom switch. This then causes the switch to be overly wobble with the spring visible. Have I missed something obvious?

small tube section just under airflow adjuster needs removing (can be a pain to unscrew !)
