Hi all I've come back to the forum after a few years away can't remember my old log in.

Been vaping 6 years+ and was part of the glory days of mech mods etc.

Over the past couple of years I have moved over to pod systems and recently o want to go back into coil building as I feel like I've lost touch with that side of things

Welcome back from another long time absentee!
(I was able to find my old login details however....wow, it's been 8 years!)

Similarly I too have recently reignited my interest in coil building.
For a long time I simply wound straight coils....no fancy claptons, but my particular clapton technique was very 'old school' - the pinch method - which was very hit and miss....mostly miss, so I gave up.

It seems, in my absence, some years ago, that some bright spark introduced fishing swivels for claptoning.
This has revolutionised my coil building, and now I'm really enjoying building again!
