Hello fellow vapers!!!
I quit the icky sticks 10 weeks ago thanks to vaping and I haven't looked back since. I tried a few times in the past 3-4 years but I just couldn't get into the vape life. I decided in October I was going to try again so I did a biblical amount of research and decided I would try sub ohm vaping this time as all previous attempts were performed using vape pens and high PG liquids.
I was sort of lucky in the fact I went down to my local vape shop and they had just taken delivery of the new Smok Alien mod. Having never tried the whole sub ohm style of vaping I was a bit apprehensive as I was not sure how natural direct to lung hits would feel............but I was immediately hooked after the first few puffs on the demo mod the store had. So much so I bought the Alien mod, cleito tank, and what was, and still is to the day, my ADV Ruthless Easy Duz It on ice at 6mg.
I've since purchased more tanks (baby beast, freemax starr pure, cleito 120) and then decided to move on to building some of my own. I got a Dagger mod and a Goon RDA (for xmas, yay) and I've been creating my own builds and having a bit of fun with it. I'm now at the point of thinking about mech mods and I've been researching the last few weeks. I kind of feel like I'm racing too fast through all there is to offer with regulated mods first though and the mech mods are an entire level up that perhaps I'm not ready for yet. Thankfully I have the bypass mode on my dagger mod so I can have some of the flavour and hit of a mech but still with the relative safety of a regulated mod.
Anyways that's pretty much what I've been up to with vaping the last 10 week or so. Hope it's not too long a read and I'm sure i'll have more to add as time goes on. I seem to have become a bit of a hobbyist!!!
I also booked 2 rooms for myself and a couple of mates today at the Lord Hill Hotel and Restaurant for the 5th of August so we can all come down to Vapefest 2017. Be great to catch up with folk in person after chatting with them on these message boards over the next 8 months
