Hi Everyone!

Thanks for taking the time to read this! I just would like to introduce you to our online shop www.thevapourfactory.co.uk
We are UK (West Midlands) based family run business and we have been trading since Feb 2014.
Our mission is to encourage even more people to swap to vaping and to provide exceptional customer service for each and every customer.
We currently stock basic starter kits, hangsen e-liquid and accessories with more advanced stuff to be added in the near future.

We also have a 10% off discount code in place for forum members - just enter "POTV10" during checkout.

Feel free to take a look at our website to see what we have on offer: The Vapour Factory
If you would like to talk to us about anything please don't hesitate to drop us an email to: [email protected] or just leave a comment here on forum.

I know that our current stock is "basic" and some of you advanced vapers may have no use of it, but I'm sure that there is a lot of new vapers out here who can benefit from our products.
I'll be posting here on forum as I'm planning to run a competition in the near future.

Thanks for your time,
Raf - The Vapour Factory

No disrespect but 80% of your store are the reasons people dont stick to vaping,

Hangsen and CE4 are terrible, and i would imagine most people here would not suggest either of those to people thinking of quitting fags,

Especially the CE4 why on earth would anyone suggest these?? especially a business, obviously looking for repeat custom.

CE4 are notorious for dry burning, they are bad.

You can buy evod clearos as cheap if not cheaper than CE4 that are far superior, and users need to buy replacement coils (your repeat custom)

CE4 will make people look somewhere else, and actually do the vaping community a huge discredit, and im sure are responsible for people going back to fags, for this reason i dislike any vendor whos main products are the reason vaping doesn't work for people

Thumbs down from me

How many of us started off on CE4s and Hangsen? I know I did. Nearly a year later I'm on a nautilus mini/mvp2 and an itaste vv V3/aerotank mini.

If it wasn't for the cheapy starter kits I'd still be a 40 a day smoker!

Some people are happy with what we class as basic kits - just because we choose "better" set ups doesn't mean there isn't a market for the basic ones.

Just my two pennies worth :-/

Hi dogsdanglies,

I do appreciate your comment.
I would like to take this opportunity and refer to it as:
- 2 out of 3 starter kits that we are selling are CE5 which have changeable coil head and even with the one that is CE4 you have an option to upgrade to CE5 on product page
- I have decided to start with "basic" kits (read eGo battery with CE5 clearo) because few years back that kit kept me off smoking traditional cigarettes and I have been just vaping for almost 4 years now
- potentially you can have dry burns with any clearo if you don't care about it in correct way. Once you keep the wicks saturated and do not combine your clearo with overpowered battery I can assure you you will have no dry burn, bearing in mind that the coil is in good condition (not 2-3 months old etc.). But even if your coil will break at some point we do sell replacement coils for CE5 for £0.99 - I do really believe that anyone can afford one of this every 2-3 weeks.
- regarding Evods, I'm not saying they are bad clearos as that wouldn't be true but trust me, I have had loads of bad experiences with those too (burnt taste straight out of the box, plastic smell etc.)
- "CE4 will make people look somewhere else" - cannot agree with that - I know loads of people who vape for a quite long time and they are still eGo/CE4-5 users and most importantly they are happy with it. In addition to that, everyday I see people on the streets using the same combination!
- and finally regarding Hangsen e-liquids... I may surprise you but even after almost 4 years of me vaping I'm still using hansen juice quite often as it suits my taste better than some other liquids out there. And surprisingly in the area where I live (West Midlands) I'm seeing loads of vendors selling their juice - if it would be that bad wouldn't they all move to different supplier?

Please do not take this comment as a offence as (somehow) I can see your point of view and just wanted to show you and other forum members my point of view. And yes I do know there are better devices out there now but I still believe that eGo / CE4-5 will still satisfy most of new vapers completely.

Regards,
Raf

In reply to both, i understand the sentiment...

I also started on ce4 .. again why would you recommend a poor product (which was the only clearo that was cheap, and readily available) times have changed there are so many better products for new switchers to go for, than these sub par 2 year old technology) that are available cheaper than your starter kit. And grumpy there is no issue with using anything classed as basic, i use a evod and a tank sometimes .. it works fine, but i would never never use these CE4's yak... That basic kit is same as it was 2 years ago, when now there are loads of superior clearos, just as cheap ... i dont see why you would suggest a CE4 just because you used one, its not a right of passage, its about more people kicking analogs.

There have been so much advancement,

My mother in law, has just converted - my recommendations where a real CE5 (Aspire) download (1).jpg with bvc coils and any 510 battery, bigger the better for longevity, smaller if you want desecrate, so she bought 3x evod batteries. and a extra pack of bvc coil heads.

You are talking best part for £40 for something that will never let her down, ofc she knows not to use dry etc... she was smoking 40 B&H gold a day ( £9.14X2 = 18.28 per day) im sure its better to purchase something for £40 ( 2 days fag money) that is far superior.

I would never suggest your selection, as a person that gave up a very hard addiction, any failings of devices ie bad tasting dry hits, when you have these in your pockets and the liquid isn't completely in the wick, will result in buying fags..

Sorry i still disagree

dogsdanglies - just because you think that they're a poor product doesn't mean that they are. A lot of people swear by Nature coils/tanks - personally I'm not that keen on them.

Some people are perfectly happy with CE4s and ego batteries and don't want to go any further. They work for them. Does it really matter in the grand scheme of things as long as an individual is happy with whatever kit they use?

Well if you believe that then ok, if you really think these people would prefer their top wicking silica, attys that are notorious for dry burns, over a bvc, bcc or any other of the 100s cleros that are bottom coil for the same price or there abouts of these ce4,s, maybe because they are spoon fed these out dated poor products as (basic kits) and thats what they are suposed to use as a beginner ... then guess your a credit to the new people trying to get off the cigs, im done here ..

You are talking that eGo / CE4 is an old technology, but then aren't Evods? They have been around for years too. You mention the price a lot too, I'm sorry you don't see the difference in £40 quid set (can't see any mention about chargers etc. which I believe is extra) comparing to £25 quid (with forum discount £22.50) kit including bottle of e-liquid, for me it's almost half the price. And if I would of be looking to try e-cigs for the first time I would probably consider the price as well.

Then again if you talking there are better devices out there why you didn't recommended lets say Kanger sub tank nano (which is way better in taste and performance than almost any topper out there right now) or even Aerotank (which is cheaper but still have airflow control, glass tank etc.)?

I have convinced my dad to give up smoking about 2 years ago and since then he still use the eGo / CE5 kit that I gave him, and even that many times I offered him some higher end devices he keeps saying he is all right with what he got now.

I do understand and realize there is a lot of very bad quality eGo kits out there but that's why before I have imported larger quantity of those kits I have been searching for supplier that I can trust and have tried dozens of kits from many different manufacturers. In addition to that I'm checking every single kit before shipment just to ensure there is none or minimum DOA products simply because I care about customer satisfaction. Plus there is sprung loaded 510 connector in those "basic" clearos just to eliminate the problems that new vapers may have with center pin being pushed down on eGo battery, which results in no connection.

As mentioned in my previous post no offence to you. But in general whatever works for individual and keeps him/her off fags I'm more than happy with that.

Soooo.... Let's have a vape :)

Regards,
Raf

I think that people always start somewhere, and sometimes are quite happy with an ego type starter kit. I had 2 friends last week purchase two starter kits (i did mention online, but they wanted to ask more questions etc - which is fine!) So they have that and are quite happy. The important thing is them trying it out/enjoying it then seeing where they are at!
