I recently purchased a kit including a Nitecore intellicharger i2. Looks OK and gets reasonable reviews, but, reading the instructions :read: doesn't give much info. Mainly (including youtube videos) state that when inserted the light flash to test then flash 1 - 2 - 3 and when all are lit the battery(s) are fully charged. This only seems to 15 - 20 mins, and only lasted a few minutes in the device. So check the forum watch the videos but no help. I've currently had it on charge for over 5hrs without change in the display (3 lights on contantly). Have I got a) faulty battery? or b) a faulty charger or c) I'm just being impatient. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Could be batteries when the 3 lights are lit it stops charging, what size/brand are your batteries?

Do you have access to a mutimeter Hawkmoon? If you can check the batteries charge independently of the charger this may help troubleshoot the problem. What mod are you using them in?

I have 2 multimeters One at work and one at home that I cant find at the moment (typical). I'm using a Vamo V5.

What atty are you using on your Vamo mate? I have no experience with Vamos I'm afraid - I believe they are vv devices? (I'm fairly new to this myself).

Vamo V5 with a Kanger Protank 2, 2.2 Ohm atty, settings are a safe 3.6v & 6.0w

Hawkmoon, are you mixing the batteries in the charger, not all chargers can handle different sizes of battery at the same time...

I tried singly & together. the Nitecore intellicharger i2 battery bay are supposed to be independent.
