im currently using a 12mg creamy menthol! also have fresh apricot 12mg, pear 12mg, blue ice 18mg (berry mint), and ying yang 8mg (pear/pomegranite)

Aloha man, plenty advice on here but there's also tons of videos on youtube where they talk you through it and you can see what theyre doing (which I find easier to follow), I personally prefer a guy called RiP Trippers (some find him annoying) but take a look for yourself.
