thanks for the welcome people, I made the decision to stop smoking as I'm going to be 50 in March and have been smoking since I was 9 !!

I tried patches for a couple of days but found them terrible, bought myself a vaper and I now KNOW I'm never going to smoke again, its a truly awesome feeling to be free of the shackles of the fags...No need to go out in the rain with all the "snoutcasts" !!
