Hello everyone I am new to the forum, wish I had seen this forum before I bought 4 batteries from next day batteries, bought on 23rd Feb, had an e-mail to say they had been dispatched. Still no batteries and no reply to e-mails..

Hi and welcome to the forum, did you pay via PayPal? Open a dispute if you did, you will probably never see those batteries and tbh I would be greatful not receiving anything from NDB!
Order your batteries from Fogstar or 18650uk in the future and you'll have no problems at all, and there always be genuine [emoji4]
